Refund policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or replacements if you change your mind. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and either exchange or give store credit for any faulty goods. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in writing if the item is faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note, we are not obliged to remedy the issue if the defect in the product is caused or contributed to by misuse of the product, failure to maintain the product, neglect or accident, ordinary wear and tear (including rust, corrosion, and normal fading, weathering, staining, discoloration, scratching or chipping), exposure to heat, failure to use or install the product in accordance with any instructions or manuals, or any modification, repair or tampering with the product by anyone other than the company.  

For any issues to be remedied, the customer must take the product (and proof of purchase) to the store where it was purchased. You must provide any additional information requested in relation to your claim. For online purchases, contact us via email (bigpotsandmore@gmail.com) and arrange the return of the product. You will bear any costs incurred in making a claim, including any costs of returning the product to the store, and of having the product returned to you (if applicable). 

Exchanges or Store Credits/ Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if an exchange or stock credit (only when the item is out of stock) was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued the exchange or a store credit within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received communication regarding your store credit, please contact us at bigpotsandmore@gmail.com.
